The science museum (around the corner from the Natural History Museum)  There's a Toddler Museum in the basement with great activities for kids.

Big Ben the Clock Walk the South side of the Thames for a walk next to visit the London Eye.

Richmond Park (by car) Spend an afternoon in the middle of a herd of deer. Southwest area of London.

Theatre Museum in Covent Garden.  Great exhibits and programs for kids.
