Leave LA by noon Friday to arrive by 4
or 5pm at the
Fogcatcher Inn in Cambria.
Friday night:
6:00pm Drinks and Dinner at the Sea Chest Oyster Bar (6216
Moonstone Beach Drive, 2 blocks south of the Fogcatcher).
Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill is a good backup plan in case
Sea Chest is packed or closed. (6550 Moonstone Beach Drive,
2 blocks north of the Fogcatcher). Afterwards, take a dip in
the outdoor hot tub or walk along the ocean to finish the
night.
Saturday:
Morning tours at Hearst Castle begin at 8:20am. Tour 1 if
you're new to the Castle.

Lunch at Ragged Point

Simeon) There's a 50 foot hike down to the coast with
waterfall for a quick excursion to the shore. Beautiful
dining room with floor to ceiling glass. Nice menu and wine
list.
4:30pm Head over to the Cambria Wine
Shop for some boutique wine tastings from Dennis. 788 Main

7:00pm Dinner at Madeline's restaurant

Sunday:
If you leave by noon, you should beat traffic back into LA.
If you want to visit some terrific antiques shops and a cute
town on the way back stop at Cayucos.
