No booze served, but you can bring your own wine with no corking fee!  The Art Institute of California has created a unique enterprise which offers students an associate degree in Culinary Arts.  The restaurant, at 2900 31st Street, is not like most restaurants. Behind glass walls, student chefs scurry about creating meals at Bistro 31.
